Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

Chicken is great.. it would've been 5 stars but last 2 times I ordered the portions were substantially smaller then I remember last year. If it was the same portion sizes, I'd be a regular like I used to be. It's just too expensive for the amount of food you get.

We were placing an order on the take out screen in store when staff said they could place it quickly for us. Asked for ckn sandwich combo with bacon and cheese x2. Got home to see staff had not ordered the bacon and chesse for either sandwich. The meals were also mislabelled, having the hot labled as mild.Called store to let them know and I was put on hold for severally minutes before I gave up.Won't be going back because staff training is either severally lacking or staff are incapable of getting simple orders correct.Expensive mistake on my part.

We've ordered here a few times and generally really enjoy the food. Problems often come up though. Missing items in orders. Not the advertised amount of chicken on the sandwiches. Or tonight our chicken was what I'm assuming was the naked option. It was not what we get every other time so I know the order was made wrong. Disappointing was really looking forward to our supper. But this is probably the last time we order. Food is great when they get the order right but there's been too many issues.

Wanted to try out Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken today (Friday). Called them up at 7:45pm and started the order, then was told the kitchen stopped doing Frankie Chicken orders. Website says their hours are 10am - 11pm on Fridays. I don't think we will be trying this place out.

Chicken sandwiches were amazing, Nashville hot was the perfect amount of spice and the flavour was bomb. The curly fries are awesome too, walk in special is a ridiculously good deal. Will definitely be ordering again.

Amazing Nashville hot chicken sandwiches. I'm guilty of ubereatsing this meal the third day in a row. Good job guys, delicious!

Ordered chicken strips, fried mac n cheese and curly fries. The fried mac n cheese was crispy but very bland the macaroni it's self was like kraft dinner. The chicken strips were dry and tough, the crust was soggy. The curly fries were okay. The dipping sauces were very watery and thin. How do you mess up chicken strips?

This place was definitely interesting. First, the positives, the chicken is the best prepared and juiciest chicken I've had in a very long time. They provide a good portion of curly fries, and it comes with colsaw in a great looking box. The area they lacking is taste, it was sad that best prepared chicken is doused in red colored powder with no flavour. My family and I all got the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and didn't realize there was spice until halfway through the sandwich (The pickle really saves the sandwich). The fries are okay, tasted re-done. If it wasn't for Arby's <5mins away, I would go back for the curly fries. The coleslaw was plain and my wife's was definitely not fresh. I really wish the recipe was different but cook deserves a raise on how juicy that chicken breast was. Overall, it was fun to try but I wouldn't go back.

We ordered for delivery last night and it took 1 1/2 hours to arrive so not a great start. The fries were so dry we could barely eat them (they had obviously been sitting out for a while). The chicken sandwich was delicious though. We might try them again and possibly change this review depending if the experience is better.

Got the bogo 6 chicken finger special from uber eats. The chicken was very flavourful and tender. The curly fries were also good, but it would have been nice to get a bit more. Can't complain though aswe got 2 meals for 19.99 plus uber fees. Definitely 5 star chicken.
