Alain and his team have been amazing to work with. From the first they came and assess our issue we knew what to expect and how to handle everything - insurance, roofer, worker, ... it's always a nightmare to deal with all this and really stressful, but we knew we were in great hands with KDR! I pulled up a mattress that was directly on my basement floor to find it mildewy and very wet. After looking around found a water damaged spot in my closet, so I called Dan. He could have sold me a bunch of exploratory and mitigation services, given my knowledge of things, and he didnt. He used a moisture meter and found everything dry. He mentioned that this isnt unexpected from basement floors, and I have a fan in that room that may be letting in cold air causing condensation that my mattress could have sucked up.He didnt even charge me for his expertise and time, which I think would have been entirely fair.10/10 for trustworthiness. Knock on wood I'll never need his services, but if I do, I'll call him first.
