Kanga Aussie Meat Pies
I couldn't resist. There was a steady stream of customers into the shop at lunch time so did not resist and joined the line. I saw there was a nice variety of different pies and went for the traditional Aussie beef pie, not bad at all. Maybe not the prettiest pie and a little on the petite size, considering the price, however, the pastry was nice and flaky and the meat inside tasted quite nice and had enough gravy to make the pie moist. Couldn't resist and ate the pie there and then. There are only four stools to perch on, yet, you can have a view of the street and the people walking by.

The pies are delicious! Highly recommend the Mum's Chicken and the Sausage rolls. They have a great selection and even have vegetarian options as well! If you're gluten free, you'll need or order in advance, also a delicious pie! Will come back for more!

It was a decent meat pie. What more can I say?I had the original. Nothing special. Crust quality didn't have me drooling for more... And I love pie crust.

Enjoy the veggie pies here - best in Toronto for sure! I always stop by when I'm in the area to grab a pie and lamington. A bit of home far away from home :)

The only really thing I like about this was the pie crust. It is slightly better than your grocery store package pies. Just a tiny bit. It filled me but that is about it. And the prices is way over the top.

I love the pies! A friend who recommended me there also told me that after 5pm, they sell their pies off for $5 as they close at 6pm. I just walked over to commerce court location and asked if they were getting sold for the closing price....The female employee just said Well if there are pies available

Kanga Aussie Meat Pies
Kanga is out of this world delicious. The best meat pies I have ever had. The Chicken pie is made from white chicken with a generous filling. The crust is perfectly pastrrryy and crispy. The vegetable filling has the right amount of spice and seasoning. Combine it's a delicious and filling portion. Having two would make you over the top full. The beef was the right amount of spicy and very delicious.

Small place with awesome Aussie meat pies. Can order frozen ones to travel as well. Has limited seating but there are outlets available for charging.

They charge me with extra gravy but there is no gravy on my mashed potatoes. I GOT RIPPED OFF lmao. I asked him why I dont have gravy on my mashed he said gravy is extra. Im always buying there but now kinda lost me.
