Staff was super racist there. A guy named greg with long beard kicked my basket with extreme anger saying it was coming in his way. His body language was extreme racist and intimidating. The way kicked the basket, it could have hurt me. When I begged his pardon to be polite with me, he replied that I’m under his place, and should work as per him. It was completely unacceptable behaviour.

Went to go find jewelry and they had a tiny section so I didn’t get anything. I kindly asked the lady at the front if we could sneak through the gate so we didn’t have to awkwardly go through check out with nothing. She then raised her voice and rudely told me that I “absolutely could not” and had to go around. I get it, but the absolute disrespect was unnecessary. Will never shop here again. Rude customer service, if you would even call it “service”.

Toy department has been an absolute shambles for a month straight. Not that there's no inventory. That's not the problem. It should be way easier to keep tidy and clean with no inventory and yet it always it looks like such a mess

Not Enjoyable in the SlightestI'm autistic, already shopping is a difficult experience for myself.It definitely wasn't made any easier; when using the self-checkout to be pressured into signing up for (what I didn't even know at the time was a credit card) and said to the associate numerous times possibly another day".I personally use self-checkout to avoid the stresses of social interaction. I feel it was obvious I was confused and heavily uncomfortable by the situation- and to continue to pressure me into signing up for a credit/MasterCard

Great place just hate how they have to bombard me at the self check out yes I get it I'm native and yes I get a lot of my peps stole but that doesn't mean we're all thieves alot of us do pay too while alot of other races are over looked and get away with alot of stolen items because their to busy making sure the natives around aint stealing.

I went to walmart to get a plant, I was short a few dollars so I asked customer service if they cpuld hold it. They said they would for 30-60 mins. I was back in the store within 10 mins and my plant was not at customer service. When I asked an employee where it was they were very ignorant and rude to me, saying they put it back, when they said they would hold it for at least 30 mins. They did not, when I went to look for my plant I could not find it. It was the last plant of its kind. I am very upset with my experience and the staff were horribly rude and arrogant.

Enjoyed shopping here. Team members were pleasant to interact with and the floor plan was logically laid out.Being a superstore, there is every department you could dream of and more. Highlights included grocery, the pharmacy, stationary, and toys.I would recommend this location.

I applied for your Walmart credit card. I wasn't going to as I have no credit and told your employee that. But your employee insisted and told me that you don't do a hard credit check that its a soft credit check. Which I found out was a lie and I got denied for it which resulted in a hard credit check that lowered my credit score. You should train your employers to know the information they are trying to sell to people. I took a hit for that because of that.
