Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Minus one review! I received CONFIRMATION email that I have a car available, Casselman Enterprise (satellite office near my location) calls me up today and says they dont have the vehicle I requested. Blames the process on Orleans Enterprise who hasnt contacted me. Stay away from them. You just lost another customer. Took other arrangements with competitor instead. Rethink your business model Enterprise. Embrun is not better, they neverr answer. Will probably blame COVID or whatever the flavor of the day is to justify their lack of service.

Do. Not. Bother. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They had a car aside for me via my insurance but i tried for a week to get in touch to confirm, left half a dozen messages and the other times I just hung up. They never answer the phone and never called me back at all. So I called Enterprise Cornwall who delivered me a car.

They are impossible to reach, left 3 voicemail today, no call back either

If there was a - 5 starts I would have given it because they are less then impossible to reach.You people should pass the business to someone that like to do business. You guys are pathetic business owners. Sad to have you in our town.
