Excellent service! I Had a water system failure on the long weekend. Westar came out immediately and fixed it all up in 24 hours. Now a Loyal customer! Didn't even get a call back from the other guys.

Called them to report a warrant problem with a leaking pump. Had to follow up to get the repair done before we left on vacation. Not the best customer service.

Had Pete from Westar Drilling to put in new well pump. Through sleet and snow they showed up same day and got the job done. He was helpful and courteous. Thanks again boys. Will definitely recommend you. Tofield area.

Let's just say live and learn. Had to have my submersible well pump replaced. Called them because they are 10min from my place. Cost to replace the pump in a well at 220' was $4379.55. $2195 for a 3/4hp 2 wire pump. $495 for 225' 12 Guage 4 wire. $385 for a 5x1 pitiless. $20 for a splice kit. $16 for 2 rolls of electrical tape. $10 for 4 hose clamps. $980 for 4hrs of labour. $70 for 2 1x1 mpt. Last but not least the $208.55 in tax. At 10am on a Monday

I needed to replace my old water pressure system. I searched out a few places to get information on what would be the best option. I talked toShaun at Westar and he explained the pros and cons of a constant pressure pump vs a pressure tank and pump. I ended up purchasing the Grundfos MQ3-45 constant pressure pump. They had one in stock that day and set me up with all the fittings needed. I had a few questions and concerns later that day after install and they were there to get me back on track. Great service and very professional !

Had Shaun over to give quote on pump replacement on well that went down suddenly.Showed up with in 2 hours gave quote, which was approved right away. They started work and found broken connection when testing pump. Repaired for lower then quote. Honest company all day long, will call 100% of the time
