Worst customer service I have ever received, tried to purchase a racing wheele 3 hours after purchasing an Xbox and they tried to tell me I couldn't purchase due to the address on my fairstone account not matching my ID, even though the name and postal code on the account matched my ID and I had just purchase an xbox on the same fairstone account just hours earlier, dont go to this best buy, none of the employees are willing to try to help at all and just like to make simple transactions difficult because they don't know how do do their jobs. Go to any other best buy

Best Buy's opening hours are 11am-7pm. What's with the banker's hours? You're a retail store! How do you possibly hope to stay in business with those hours? I got there at 10am in the morning and was very surprised to see they were closed. I promptly took my business to the nearby Costco where they have lots of electronics at great prices and are open at 9am-8:30pm. Listen Best Buy, I sympathize. You need to cut on expenses. But the way to cut on expensive is to keep lean staff on off hours, and full staff on busy hours, but not to shut down the store during normal business hours.

Went to look at desktop computers as I need a new one. Bought my last 2 computers here. Very small selection on display and needed to scan a QR code to see the specifications of what was on display. I am retired now and do not bother with a cell phone.All specifications should be displayed by the product. Has beena while since I bought my last computer here. Last time was large selection well organized with all specifications displayedand a very helpful staff. Store is nothing like it used to be. Not a place to buy from now.

It was my first time in this location. We entered the store today at 18:35 hours. My girlfriend was exchanging an iPhone. The staff member, Mr. Long helped us with the exchange under 5 minutes. That was the most efficient service I have ever experienced. Thank you very much sir. We need more of you in this world.

Went today to buy a laptop. Didn't get any help at all. I decided I'll be back at a different day. Just grabbed an USB mouse and went to the cash out. Only two cashiers working and they both helping" a different person. Literally they were talking among themselves while lying on the counter. I waited 5 minutes

Worse Customer service ever experienced. Either a lot of workers around not caring about anything to help customers or little to no workers talking to each other 24/7.All I wanted was to purchase Sony Headphones I know what exactly what I wanted but I’ve stood around for more than 30 minutes just to get no attention and when I got it no one can find the key to open the storage so I can checkout.I’ve been here before and have had great help from selected workers but clearly they’re gone.Clearly to need fire the whole floor and refresh the team with new people willing to help customers or have a passion too. These guys are in it for the money

Many staff at this store are completely useless and lack all customer service skills. I was returning 2 AC units which I got from Woodbridge, staff there were helpful in helping get a trolley to bring units into my car- I was returning these 2 units and asked a staff member if there were any trolleys, or other method to make it easier to bring in the units, about 5 minutes after they opened, she responds that they must all be in use, walks away- providing no solution, I dragged in both units, probably damaging them. The reason why best buy pays you is to help customers, the woman who dealt" with me has no business being in any customer service job. Avoid this best buy location if you have any questions."

I needed to return an item, but the person at customer service abandoned their post as soon as I got there so I asked for assistance from one of the check-out people. This person was extremely rude and insisted that I could not get a refund, only an exchange or in-store credit. I went home and successfully processed the return online and got a prompt refund. But I am extremely disappointed by the rude in-store person who outright lied to me about the return policy. Not only was I inconvenienced, but this bad employee cost the company the extra expense of having to ship my return item.

Either understaffed or the staff is useless. The purchase of airpods took over half an hour because there was no one to assist me. I've asked two employees for help who promised they would send someone until on the third try they finally did.
