I just want to give a shout out to Welland Pet Valu, specifically Briana. She went out of her way and helped my mother inlaw and my self out in a huge way and we are forever grateful. Nobody asked her for her extreme generosity and there she was giving it. Pet Valu Welland is the only pet store we will continue shopping at. Thank you.

The management of the Welland fintch street pet valu is outstanding, I hope I'm getting her name right but Brianna who runs this location was so helpful with me and my French bulldog Zinc, I had to get him new food and was pretty unsure of what to get him I had options but she could tell I was struggling, she gave me some samples and helped me pick the food she thought would be best for my dog she knew what she was talking about when it came to the foods and treats that made me feel alot better knowing she had bully breeds at home herself her customer service was amazing and she was so kind 10/10 recommend this location this is the only one I will be going to from now on

I have a dachshund I've had for 9 years... and I just got a baby chihuahua.. named him Ucey bcuz my Dad likes wrestling and the Uso Brothers. Anyway... holy. Ef. I haven't had a puppy in a long time... so we are learning together... and this store has the one girl I don't even know her name BUT she helped so much... I even forgot pee pads but she listed everything I needed... I think it was over 200.00 but she got me two coupons and it only came to like 160.00 or something. The best store the best information and the best girls there. I'm coming bavl

I dropped in right after picking upMy newly adopted puppy and the service was fantastic. The owner was in and so friendly and helpful, made the puppies first shopping trip extra special. The team was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Pet Value in Welland is a fantastic store for all of your pet needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help and answer any questions I have. The store has a great selection of food and accessories for my fish at very reasonable prices. I also appreciate that they carry a variety of brands and options, so I can find the perfect fit for my pets. The store is always clean and well-maintained, and I always leave with a smile on my face knowing that I've found everything I need for my pets at Pet Value. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a one-stop shop for all of their pet needs.

Wanted to switch my pup from wet to dry food and got some great suggestions and samples from the staff. Even though it is a small store, they have a great selection of food, grooming and other pet care products and all of the staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly.
