Lei Cao Clinic

My first treatment here with Lei Cao was a great experience. I received acupuncture from her, and I saw good results immediately! She was very caring, friendly and knowledgeable! She took her time to examine thoroughly and explained the issue and the treatment, I'm absolutely making this a regular routine. I am looking forward to my next appointment and would definitely recommend her and the clinic!

I knew Yingge Ji so many years, she given me a lot of treatments due to different condition. I always get beneficial results after her treat me. I am really trust her. She is so knowledgeable and has more than 30 years medical clinic experience about acupuncture and herbs. She is all expert.

Dr. Cao is the best acupuncturist I have so far. Before being treated by her, I was so sick and went to other acupuncturist in Mississauga and it made my health even worse. I was very depressed and disappointed. Fortunately, I found Dr. Cao, she is very caring and puts patients at first. After being treated by her for couple months, my health has been continuously improved. I highly recommend her to those who are looking for acupuncturist. You can't miss her.

Lei Cao is an amazing acupuncturist!I previously had a great acupuncturist where I used to live and was looking for a new one closer to home.I tried four other acupuncturists before Dr. Cao, three were terrible and one was good, but not good enough compared to my old acupuncturist. I still had hope that I would find somebody better and I did when I found Dr. Cao.When Dr. Cao was treating me, I could tell while she was putting in the needles that it would be very effective. Even though I had high expectations the results were significantly better than I expected! Nobody else came close to how good Dr. Cao is.In addition she gave me some simple stretches that were very helpful for preventing and alleviating pain.Lei Cao's acupuncture skills are very impressive! I highly recommend her!

I am a patient of Dr. Lei Zhang. I am very impressed with her treatment. I have been going for physiotherapy and massage for years for my pain management especially my right elbow and neck. But with Dr. Lei's treatment (accupunture and cupping), I have so much relief especially in my right elbow, neck and shoulders.I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Lei is very friendly and I love her approach.

Update: Was called by management and upon trying to figure out a way to come in and obtain a partial refund (since they require you to be there in person with a booked appointment and I no longer live in the area), I was yelled at by the male manager! My colleagues could hear his raised voice as he was talking to me over the phone. He was upset by my review and insinuated that it was my mistake. Really? Should I have come in to my appointment and brought a timer with me? It is not my fault that the reception person did not communicate to the therapist that I wanted 30 mins. Honestly, to put the blame on the customer and then yell at them? Pathetic. And the fact that this happened twice!! Seems like an easy way to scam people. I will not take down my review and my family and I will NEVER return to this location. I do not recommend this location to anyone.Original review: They really need to improve on communication. Went in a few years ago for a 30min massage. However, they told me that I should do acupuncture so I said fine. They forgot about me in the room with needles in my back and then charged me for a full hour + for a consultation that I never wanted in the first place. I was too shy to say anything so I paid. Decided to give them a chance again and went in for 2 massages. The first one was great, I really liked the lady. The second one, they kept the massage going and an hour had almost passed again! This time I spoke up! Though I wanted a 30 min session I got charged 45 mins!! Don't go here especially if you are a student. They don't respect your wishes and always try to upgrade you. I blame management.

The best decision of my life was to start acupuncture treatments with Dr. Lei Cao, she is a phenomenal professional and the best acupuncturist you will ever find.Last year I have developed a crippling illness which literally got me down to my knees, I went from being a very healthy athlete who used to run at least 3 to 5 miles every day and did High intensity workouts plus lots of other sports to being a person who could not exist without strong opioids and nerve pain medications.The doctors were not helping, they were not giving me any answers, I was getting worse and worse by a day and they told me I had to wait a year to see a specialist. But I did not give up and started to study scientific articles, I found out that I have Interstitial cystites and, outside of diet and lifestyle changes, special supplements, yoga etc, acupuncture was highly recommended. I found out Lei Cao and she helped me heal IC.Unfortunately I was left with hypertonic pelvic floor muscles after months and months of inflammation. Once again, doctors did not help at all. I went back to this clinic and visit after visit I am feeling so much better.I am back running and living my life, I am enjoying every day to its fullest. It's been tremendously hard work but it truly paid off. And the biggest life saver is Dr. CAO. She is nothing short of miracle. She saved my life and I'll be forever grateful to this wise lady.
