Fantastic place to go Backcountry skiing. Basically a ridge between 2 large sub Alpine bowls. On that ridge are 2 that's. That's all you get if you stay in bounds although they do have interesting terrain. For the best part, you need the hear and the know how to go into the Backcountry

A 100% locally owned and operated ski hill, with a very friendly community. Fabulous views and abundant back country touring. Takes you back to the roots of skiing.

It's a bit of a drive and then a logging road, but if you truly love skiing or snowboarding you gotta check out Cain!

Firstly, the mountain is just awesome. Great skiing and really cool mountain culture.Secondly, Greg and his ski patrol team are great. When my wife sprained her knee last weekend they were quick to get her down the mountain and make her comfortable, and were very attentive. Thanks guys!!

More of a Locals Hill. Not enough room for much more people than already show up. Don't like the Fires in the Parking lot at all.

Amazing experience, wonderful atmosphere, i dont even have words for the terrain amd conditions here. They had generator issues when we showed up but had it fixed within minutes and tbars running at full power, for all the powder hounds.
