I have never been to this location but just wanted to note the address comes up wrong on Google. When I Google 3025 James Snow Parkway this location (which is 1515 main street east) comes up. Very annoying for Skip/uber and door dash drivers as well as new contractors anyone wanting the correct directions.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and tomato and this is what I received, I went back to the store and asked for the store manager and she confirmed that she was the storemanager, I showed her my bagel and asked if she saw anything wrong with it and her response was NO! I responded with comment, the bagel should be completely covered with cream cheese not only one side as you can see in the pic, she took it and threw it in the garbage and went to make me another one and as she was applying the cream cheese she held up the bagel from the working area and said is that enough cream cheese for you and embarrassed me infront of the other customers, I responded please make it according to Tim Hortons standards please, when she gave me the bagel she told me next time ask for extra cream cheese and pay for it, that was never my issue at the first place, my issue was getting my bagel covered with cream cheese like normal.Unfortunately contacting the head office is useless, they do nothing, I had another issue and contacted the head office and actually caused more stress. I will have to change the Tim Hortons to Starbucks, more expensive but they treat their customers with respect.

They have the worst food ever a part from a few plus you have to repeat your order several times in order to place it because the people on the other side can't even understand. Plus there was one time when my brother ordered, paid and then had to wait for like 30 minutes. Worst food, worst service.

Today, june 13, i went to grab my coffee and muffin in the morning. I asked her can u put in a bag; she got mad about that.That lady working at the drive thru has just no sense of customer service. It was 8:10 am she was holding tim cups.Upon asking what’s your name, she responded with bucket full of attitude- we are not alllowed to tell our names.Probably she was tired but someone else is starting their day with the customer service she provided was hilarious.Please dont keep people on drive thru who dont have sense to speak.

Manager has a bad attitude. I’ve reported this to head office but she hasn’t adjusted her approach. Service is bad at this location and the other one she manages. Don’t order Boston cream here as they will place it in a bag only to have to glued to the bag and all the icing comes off when you take it out. Even better if you order more than one they have been known to jam them all into one bag and clearly this is a hard no since it makes a big mess. There should be a prerequisite to be able to speak English before getting hired. When they take your order typically gets messed up often. Today I went there to get place an order in their drive thru and found out by the time I got to the order window that they only took cash today because their machines were down. No signs before the drive-through. Therefore you’re stuck in the line.

I went to this location and had a worst experience . Manager of this location is treating customers so badly and gave me wrong order . whenever i go there, i have always seen her talking to people in punjabi and laughing. i don't understand this logic, that even if you are from same culture, we should be following a professionalism at work . I'm not gonna come at this location ever again .
