The owner is extremely rude, when I mentioned he was expensive and I would not be signing with him because he was 100$ more expensive then his competitor. Once I left a review on google he responded he will be flagging my comment to google. Good way to keep your reviews high, flag all the real comments. See bellow he was extremely arrogant.

Great service, they are careful and precise and don't rush sloppily like some of the other guys

We used Belle Pelouse to trim our small trees and hedges. The workers were on time, had a great attitude, cleaned up and were very professional! Will definitely use them again!

Don't use this company's snow removal service, today it had heavy snow (25 cm), but nobody came over and cleaned my drive way, had to shovel by myself. When you tried to reach them, nobody answered the phone forever. Never had the similar issue with other snow removal companies.

Used this company to trim my shrubs and hedges. They did a great job! They are hard workers. My hedges were very close to my in ground pool. The workers even cleaned the leaves/branches in my pool when they were done.

Been with Belle Pelouse MD for about 3 winters now and they are great. They have a texting service to advise you when the snow removal activities start which is great. Highly recommended!

Aujourd’hui le 5 Mars 2023, après la tempête de neige, je suis certain que je ne vais pas renouveler mon contrat de déneigement. Le pire des services surtout avec les stationnements en pente. Les voisins qui sont avec d’autres compagnies, leurs parkings sont bien déneigés. Si vous n’êtes pas capable, pourquoi vous dites que vous êtes spécialisé dans les stationnements avec pente. Svp soit vous équipez vos engins soit les professionnel faire le travail. Dans la vidéo que j’ai pris ce matin montre que vous faites semblant que vous déneigez. Maintenant je suis obligé de déneiger moi-même. J’attends avec impatience la fin de saison. C’est de l’argent perdu que j’ai payé.

I do not recommended this business. Their truck broke our entrance in the winter of 2021. We have reach out to them in February 2022 when we found out and it is still not fixed (June 2023). They keep delaying. What's worst is that they have removed the 2 pieces of flat rock that they broke and my entrance has a small hole from the missing pieces. They did not advise us before they remove the broken pieces, theresa hole and they arent replacing it. Now their excuses is that they called a landscaper to fix but those landscaper are also busy. I couldn't even find the landscaper name on google. They have been radio silent for over a month now. I have been calling every week and e-mailing them with no success. A Very unprofessional and bad faith from the owner.

I live in a coop, we hired this company to treat and care for the grass. We later found out it is only a subcontracting company. The owner rarely checks up on the work and does not know when work is even done. The grass was cut unevenly at random intervals, weeds are growing where he claims they used pesticides and damage was done on multiple parts of our land. I would not recommend

Came twice before 10 am and send a text 15 minutes before the 10 am pass. Doesn't text @ 6 AM
