Carpet Studio was recommended by our contractor. The salesperson (Amy) was very professional and patient with us. She answered all of our many questions, and didn’t pressure us into making any fast decisions. Carpet Studio even allowed us to borrow some showroom samples (flooring and tiles) in order to help make decisions regarding cabinet colors and style.We are fortunate that Amy assigned Mike and Reuben to install our LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) throughout our home (including the stairway, which wraps around from top to bottom). We can’t say enough great things about these two men! They work together so well, and paid such great attention to detail. They had several challenging obstacles to overcome when prepping our floor area to get it ready for the LVP installation. They tackled these areas with great determination to make sure the end result made a good base for the LVP install. The work that Reuben did in installing the flooring on our stairway is amazing!! He had to make so many cuts to get the job done, and his installation experience is evident in the final result.The timeline that Amy, Mike and Reuben gave us to complete our flooring was exactly as promised, no delays or rescheduling whatsoever, which made the entire renovation of our home go very smoothly.If you decide to do business with Carpet Studio, ask that Mike and Reuben do the install of your flooring, the end result will be amazing and you will be very happy it was them that did the work.We are very happy with our experience with Carpet Studio from start to finish. We wanted new carpet in the basement and chose this store due to their professional reputation and large show room. They specialize in carpet and we wanted a little more expensive berber. The sales staff was great and helped us pick a style out. The installers were extremely conscientious and professional. We really had a good experience in all areas. I will be using them for any new carpet upgrades.

We had the floors in our kitchen and two bathrooms redone in vinyl planking and replaced the carpet in 3 bedrooms and the living room. We are so pleased with the result. Our design consultant Chris was truly great to work with. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable in making the decisions on product and colour. She gave us excellent advice after listening to us and learning about our needs and then carefully measured everything. She kept us informed about the timing of the delivery and work and followed up with us immediately after the work was completed to be sure we were satisfied.Mumin and Reggie did excellent work. They arrived on time and ready to get started both days. They were courteous and helpful and very professional. They kept us informed on their progress and gave us clear instructions on prepping the rooms for the work on the second day. They helped move some of the heavier pieces of furniture in the kitchen and living room. The work they did was flawless from installing the flooring to replacing the baseboards. They left the house clean and tidy both days and took all the garbage with them when they left. I can’t say enough about how great they were to work with.I will be referring my friends to the Costco program and The Carpet Studio for the quality of the product and professionalism of the staff.

Our carpet has been around for 20 years, and my wife's allergy to dust is getting worse as she gets older, so we decided to change the floorCostco was our first choice, I sent out my application on its website and within a few hours I received a reply from Chris and come next day to estimate the price. Our apartment was in the corner, unlike the usual apartment, there were a lot of corners, she was very careful with the valuation, the result was very close to the actual area, the price was close to the valuation of another company we had two years ago, we decided to ask them to do itFrom the beginning, ordering materials and installation was completed within a month, installation and painting took only four days, two days before the installation the workers came to the house to check and tell us how the work was going to progress, the next day Mumin and his co-worker arrived on time, although there were many corners, the work did not go as fast as expected, but their patience and hard work deserved our admiration, every day after the work was always cleaned very clean, especially they moved the refrigerator and the electric stove more carefully than we ourselvesAll the work was also done at the scheduled time, we were very satisfied with the new floor, and also thanked them for their service.

We absolutely love our floors and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Carpet Studio.What started out as an Insurance claim for the back entrance of our home quickly turned into replacing our entire main floor with beautiful, luxury vinyl plank.Amy, our salesperson was amazing. Very knowledgeable, walked us through the entire process, answering all our questions. She came out to our home to personally drop off our custom made vents and to ensure everything was up to our standards. Very impressed with the customer service.Our installers were Mike and Reuben and could not recommend these two enough. They were so friendly , hardworking, efficient and tidy. They truly care about the quality of their work and the end results show it. They went above and beyond for us, even with a small side project not related to the install. Everything was finished ahead of schedule as well.Our floors have held up very well 6 months after completion. Not one scratch from moving furniture, or from the kids or dog. My experience with Carpet Studio was the best!! My sales rep -- Suzy was so pleasant, patient and helpful. She made sure to be at the store to accommodate me as I had a 2 hour drive to Edmonton. Their installer Cliff did an excellent install! I recommend him for specialty" woods! We got Tigerwood installed in our family room after water damage to our Indonesian Cheery

We're completely satisfied with everything that was done, the floor is beautiful, and the installation was so professionally done to our liking, the installers were friendly and very professional and courteous, I highly recommend them.
