Ardene

Our kids love going to Ardene at the Cataraqui Centre. They love when Maria is in the store. Maria is friendly and has the patience to listen to my kids telling stories and is always helpful and kind to them. They even made me meet up with them and my husband at the mall to meet Maria. Ardene is lucky to have such an amazing employee. We have had nothing but good interactions at the store with Maria and other staff.Thank you ladies!

I guess there was a tornado warning for a reason today, as it’s the first time we walked into the store in this location and that an extremely sweet customer service representative Cortney( I’m not sure if I’m spelling it right) but thank you being the odd man out and treating us well and with no bias racism. Although the other employee was not that nice, we really appreciate your support and efforts towards helping anyone walking into the store. This is an unusual occurrence at this location. And also not to forget, those 3 stars goes only to you!! The other two for the other employee working today.

Ardene store at Kingston cataraqui centre. I Love ardene but the employees who is working there need to be replaced !!!!! No CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!!!!!!! the ladies working out there have an attitude and they don’t even greet the customers I watched them for several minutes and it’s same for everyone !!! When somebody ask questions they are replying in a rude way !!! They don’t even apologize and thank the customers!!! While I am shopping they where following me and giving me look. Like I’m gonna take some stuff from the store !!!! really a bad experience !!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this !!!

Extremely rude staff. We went today with our baby. The greeting lady with black specs who was very rude. We was on leggings table. A rude employee came up and said “I can find sizes for you and shaw two size and said we don’t have it. Even one legging in my hand but she asked like give me back that legging if you don’t want it. Which type of service is this ? We are not thieves so we can took your legging at home without paying. Her behaviour like get out from the store and don’t messed up here. We literally left the store. Because we hadn’t messed anything up and were just looking through the sizes so definitely no need to speak to us that way. We never come back for sure cataraqui mall ardene.If you fold your clothes and put for sale then definitely people will come and open to see the right size and pattern. If you think people don't messed up then you have to hang your clothes with hangers. I read your other reviews and people have same complains so you should have take some serious action against your rude staff.

Great store for teens and young adult females lots of different styles and everything from lip gloss to flip flops writing books dresses tights shirts all kinds of stuff

Terrible costumer service!!! Went to Kingston for a little vacation. My daughter saw that there was an Ardene in the mall so she wanted to go. The worker in the store was extremally rude. We were looking at the clothes on the rack outside (in front) of the store. We had a drink in our hand, and the girl came practically chasing us and very rudely said Get out now! No drinking in the store!!! OUT!!!" We left the store. My daughter was devastated

Went in. Great sales. Extremely rude staff. It was 7:30pm (hour and a half before close) and my friend and I were looking through the sweater table. A rude employee came up and said “I can find sizes for you. Don’t mess up the table right before close” in a snarky tone. We hadn’t messed anything up and were just looking through the sizes so definitely no need to speak to us that way. We purchased what we had picked out and quickly left. Was a great way to get rid of your customers. The lady was short with medium length brown/black hair, hoping something gets done about this. Will more than likely go other places in the future.

This store location needs a team meeting on racial profiling and why you shouldn't do it. Every time I go in the store, I am constantly followed and asked rude questions like today when I went in and was rudely greeted by an older lady in a black toque. I will be contacting the head office about this. Do better.

Everything was good. But the lady who was greeting people there was very rude. Me and my friend went there and we were in very hurry and we didn't listen properly about the rules of the store what she was telling to us. And at last she said arrogance to us. After leaving the store we went to her and apologize but she did not say any single word and she did not accept our apology. I think she has to change her attitude so that more customers will come to their store.
