I dont even no where to begin.. other than my experience with sacwal has been a bit of a hot mess. Install started in August. They said it would take six days to install, they failed to mention that those six days would be over the course of three weeks. They would start a room, and move onto the next without finishing the first. They did this with my entire house - until the very last day. On the last day they used quartaround in attempt to cover the inch gap between my baseboards and the start of the plank flooring. The miter work was horrendous, it's like they didn't even try. Spots were left incomplete. I should add that I use the word 'they' loosely - as it was one, very young, guy. No supervisor. Ever. Apparently, they were too busy for my floors. Which was also the reasoning for the extended installation time. They were nice and friendly. But was it worth it? They did come back and fix it (in October) so install ended up being 3 months. I could go on, but I'll never be able to express to you how terrible the first install was. It's a wonder they make a profit, with installing and then reinstalling - as I know I'm not the only one to have gone through this. I'm shocked at how many positive reviews there are for this place. I would not recommend them at all. I'm posting this because I wish I had read something like this before I ordered from them. Good luck to you, if you do.Edited to include: of course I paid my bill, I always pay my debts. Plus, I figured you'd already taken a hit with having to install my floors twice. I never said you didn't resolve the issue. You did. But it should never have happened in the first place. The original completed project was laughable. I have talked to other installers and they were 'floored' with the pictures I showed them. One thought it was a prank. I could upload them here if you'd like.. The fact your company allowed that to happen is unacceptable. You had to fix it because I was not paying otherwise. And lets get real, we both know who would've won if it went to court. I'm glad it didn't go that far. But instead of trying to down play my terrible experience as a one time thing. Why not address the issue of how it ended up that way in the first place. I don't blame the kid, I blame the horrible management. I honestly felt bad for the installer being put in a situation he clearly wasn't ready for. He was a nice guy. But I feel the general public has a right to know. As I would have appreciated the warning beforehand. I'm actually writing now because I've just heard from my new installation friend that he is currently inspecting another one of your butcher jobs. So people can take that as they will. Yes, my installation began Aug 15th and did not end until October 6th. It's not like I'm living in a castle over here.. it was 4 rooms, a hallway, and a staircase. Point is it should have been finished the first time around. And unfortunately this is how your company left me feeling.

THE best place to shop! Was one piece short on flooring, even though sold only by the box was given an extra piece no charge. They are so friendly, helpful and nice, this was not the first time I,ve shopped there and been given such great service. Thank you.

I think carpet is all about the underlayment. Sacwal had the best underlayment that I could find in the area. The carpet looks fabulous and feels great under foot.

After two basement floods and a couple bedroom renovations, the guys at Sacwal have continuously been a great help and have done an amazing job with the installations. Highly recommend!
