We bought beautiful hats for our twin daughters. Kelly was lovely and shared some hat wisdom with us. These nine year olds are excited to have their very first, fine straw hat and some fine memories of Ottawa.

Kelly's creativity, care, and passion for her craft shine in each and every hat she creates by hand. She has an impeccable eye for style and it's obvious her taste is top notch. Not only do I wear her fantastic couture pieces in my personal life, but whenever possible, I put one of her pieces alongside my costume design work. Nobody this side of the pond does millinery as fine as Kelly. A must have staple for your wardrobe

Felt more like family friends than customers in the store. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to me and my family. I miss the store in Toronto, but will be sure to drop in when I'm in Ottawa.

I had the lovely experience of buying a hat for my grandfather here for Christmas. The hats are high quality (and priced accordingly - think $70+) and come in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes. The store owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell she loves her work. I would absolutely recommend the Saucy Milliner to anyone looking for a well made hat.

this place only opens friday and saturday which is quite limiting. i was looking forward to buying my first hat yesterday on monday and now i have to wait until friday to have my hat that i will pay for inside the city which is not ordered online. literally i can see it through the window the hat i want but i cannot have access. its a good hat store but the selection for men is quite limited. but its a great store with high quality. once i buy a hat i will leave a reveiew on the winter flat cap i will buy. because i want a tweed cap asap then i will go to another store on bank street called Mickle Macks Haberdashery to see if they have something similar to what i am looking for which is a tweed cap that protects my ears.
