The team at Jordan Kelowna was so great. I was in search of a rug to complete our rec room and Erin brought in a couple of different options for consideration. Love the one we selected. Now we are exploring options for the entry. Would recommend Jordan’s to friends.

Working with Erin at Jordan's in Kelowna She gets a 6 out of 5 rating. We used loose lay vinyl plank in our condo and it turned out amazing. The strata required an underlay to mediate noise and Erin was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to use and what to do. The installer was great as well however we did have some problems with some cracks but Erin was amazing at coming to oversee repair and ensure it was corrected.I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and this was by far my best experience. Thanks so much to Erin and her team!
