Nice a clean organized store with lots of items available. Food tastes great and the wait times are reasonable. The only reason it’s 4/5 is because I find their service varies, sometimes it’s amazing and sometimes it’s bad.

So I come here often and today I ordered my iced coffee with an extra shot of cane syrup. And I watch her make it and she didn't put extra in. So I went back and asked for my extra shot, and another employee said he would and I watched him put 7 additional shots in and said just how you like it sarcastically. Now I understand mistakes but he intentionally ruined my coffee.

One of the best Tim Hortons restaurants in Ottawa. It’s very well maintained and clean. A great place to grab a quick coffee, breakfast or snack.Both the dine-in area and the drive-through tend to get quite busy from about 8:30am to 9:3am and around lunch.

Terrible manager very rude , one of the worst franchises I have ever been in. Coffee always tastes absolutely terrible , not mixed right or curdled cream. Donuts often hard and stale.I pulled in to the parking lot and parked at curb side pickup and was placing an order off my phone since it’s not safe while driving and the manager rudely came out and told me to leave. I asked why even tho I’m in the middle of ordering and she said no one can park there even tho it clearly states you can and it wasn’t busy. I told her I was placing my order and she didn’t care and I asked if she wants to lose my business and she told me to beat it.After spending hundreds a month here in ok never go back and will let others know about my experience. Unbelievable.

Best one I've ever been to. They make my order perfectly every time I go. I avoid going to any other one because I know they won't be as good as this one. Friendly staff too. Never been disappointed with them :)

This location is the worst for messing up your order. The staff are really nice but they cannot make a farmers wrap with just bacon to save their life I swear...8 weekends in a row (because I'm a hopeful person), I order a bacon farmers wrap, I see on the screen farmers wrap with bacon, the person taking my order repeats it- with bacon....I get home, sausage no bacon, and I hate sausage...8 weekends in a row!

Consistently getting ice caps or quenchers that are far from being filled to the top. This last time almost 2 inches from rim. This has been a worsening situation in the last year. Drinks are expensive now, and to not be getting a full cup is ridiculous. I like the convenience of this Tim's being close to me but not worth your money at this point.
