Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of everything bike related. You can tell the staff really care, which makes a big difference. Prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend supporting your local bike shop.

Small store but they have huge selections. The staff is knowledgeable as well and will recommend a bike based on what your planned use is rather than pushing you to buy an expensive bike.They would also let you test ride the bike before you purchase.

Great staff here! I called in for a specific pump and was helped over the phone and again when I showed up in person. They even checked out my bike as it was the first ride of the season. Tires were a bit low so they topped them off for me. Awesome shop, well stocked and excellent staff!

Picked up my bike which I ordered directly from the dealer. Came close to the end of the day (about 15 minutes before closing), but received exemplary customer service from Daniel. He walked me through bike maintenance, fitted the seat for me and then helped pick out and install accessories. Overall, I had an excellent experience and I'm sure I'll be coming here often for anything bike related.

Dave M. is the person to connect with at Cranky's Bike Shop Riverbend Square... I'm sure they are all awesome ;) But I have to say that we needed help with a bike purchase. Gave Dave the budget and he guided us to the TREK Marlin 6. Never knew I needed an extra large bike frame.?! Anyway, ordered, shipped, and fitted within ten working days. Great service, all around.

Recently dropped my bike off for a tire replacement, and I found out they also took care of a minor issue even though I did not even mention it. It is very nice of them! Thanks a lot :)

I went into the Riverbend location today looking for a new bike. I was helped within 30 seconds of stepping in the store which was awesome! Nathan was the salesman looking after my needs, and I can not say enough good things about my experience there today. Nathan went out of his way to set up 3 different bikes for test ride and gave me tons of information I was looking for on frames, brake setups, and suspension. All the bikes were stellar and they have a really good selection. I have been out of the mountain bike scene for almost 15 years so having Nathan give me tech info on all the bikes and what would suit me best was so rad. I ended up purchasing a bike from him and couldn't be happier with his service. He is a really good dude and hope to deal with him again in the future! Can't wait to shred on my new bike!!

I used their services to help assemble my BMX bike. They were friendly upon entry, fast with their estimate, and quick to get the work done. Furthermore, I had a nice chat with an agent there about various things bike-related. It was fun and educational. I recommend this store.

Bought my first ever Trek mountain bike here. Daniel was definitely a big factor in helping me decide on which bike to get. Was very knowledgeable about bikes in general and was able to walk me though the basics. Competitive prices and great customer service. Keep it up!
