Do not buy anything from this place. The owner sold me a car that was in terrible condition and after 30 days (warranty period), I still had so many problems. I ended up scrapping the car. Please contact me if you would like proof, I am more than happy to share my story.

I called this dealer and sales agent Jason told me to come at 5-6pm and when i went there, it’s closed already. I went there next day and whatever it’s in description, features are not in the car. I clearly ask them and those features are in the ad and instead of giving solution he bet me $1000 for those features in the ad. Finally when i showed them in the autotrader ad, he denied and said it’s mistake. i found others customers are also complaining inside this dealer shop. i don’t recommend this dealer at all. Very poor customer service. They just wasted my time.

Came to look at a car, and wasn’t looked after properly, was willing to finance from them because of the decent things I’ve heard, but I had to turn away, communication could have been better

Showed up to see a vehicle advertised at 29,000 km… turns out the car was 290,000 km…. Then insulted me for calling them out for wasting my time and theirs. Avoid this place.

Exceptional Service!To be honest, why am I writing a review, well bcs all other dealerships have given me a frustrating experience except this one, thanks to my brother who recommended them.U hear about how car dealership will sell anything regardless whats under the hood, but not here, these ppl are honest and will let you know everything you need to know. The selections are fabulous, great features. Have recommended 2 freinds to go there and so far so happy with the outcome. One ended up leasing a car and the other just browsed. But thats the point, no pressure just please your eyes with the rare selections and get all the attention regardless if your buying or not. Keep it up, dont back down now, stay rising above others.

I had contacted this dealership to enquire about an audi a4 which is still showing available in their inventory. Got very bad response from the sales executive. He provided cold response and did not show any interest to sell this car.

Went there to see a car, the sales rep Brian decided for me that I'm not 'committed' and didn't let me test drive the car. Ofc I'm not committed before checking out the car. I asked him how does one get committed? He said we take a deposit for that. I just left that place, wasting all that time getting there.
