Maricar & Jennifer are topnotched staff of this location. Very friendly and accommodating to all patients. If you are looking for a Dynacare location that will pleased your day, this is one the best.

One of the worst experience I have even had. Huge bruises on my arm for weeks after blood testing. Processing time is abnormally long as well. Not recommended.

Some people just shouldn’t work customer service. Like most labs, they are only open during the day, so when you also work during the day it’s hard to get blood work done. I got off early to get blood work done and I had called them to ask if they close early because I was coming from work and at the time and cutting it close to closing, I was 5 minutes away from the location 15 minutes till closing. When I had arrived I was told in an unpleasant way that I should have arrived earlier. I told them, on the phone and in person I was coming from work and made it here as quickly as I could and it was the closest lab to me. They complained I should have arrived a half hour earlier because now they would have to stay over the time the clinic closed because of the blood results . At the time this wasn’t something I was aware of, but if this was the case why is the dyna care opened until 4, if really it should be opened until 3:30 since they don’t want to be there passed 4. Listen I get it, no one wants to stay later than they have to, but it happens to every one sometimes. However my annoyance was the way they went about it in person and if it was an issue to perhaps mention so on the phone . Either way wasn’t impressed . Ps my actual blood work didn’t even take a minute.

Went around 8:10 AM for a walk-in bloodwork appointment earlier this week and the wait-time was a couple of minutes max. They have wifi, the receptionist was very sweet and straightforward. I believe her name was Marivic. She also drew my blood and was quick and efficient with the process. They have a screen displaying the approximate wait-times for each person, so if you're pressed for time, that can help you gauge how long it would be.Overall, I would say the process took about 15 or so minutes, but I wasn't counting. Sweet staff and a chill waiting space. Remember to bring your health card! lol

Amazing service, online wait stated 14mins but I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Staff is friendly & organized.

Well, I had no idea about the place before, everytime I go for my blood test so far, but my friend told me about the place and I went there omg their services just wow and without appointment, isn't a busy place, and of course nice services u will get.

I have been to this location multiple times and love the folks who work here. I have had a good experience every time I've had my lab work done here. And they are super quick!

When entering to get blood work I was very nervous. Ralph made the experience very welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this lab to friends & family , and will be coming back to see Ralph :)

It was a great experience. Its walk-in lab but not took more than 5 mins to get your test done. Pretty quick service. Staff are polite and helpful. Alia " assisted me today. She is so good and kind.
