We had a really bad Asian ladybug infestation and decided to get an exterminator. We reached out to Marc from Parasitex and I cannot say enough about his service.We had just purchased our log home and were pretty discouraged, thinking we'd have to open up all the upper walls and redo even the whole attic (we had THOUSANDS of these ladybugs). Marc came in and reassured us he would do everything he could to help us manage this and he did. He came back to treat the place three extra times at no additional costs. This company had to travel a long way to help us with our serious hornet problem. He found the nest and now we can enjoy our deck. He helped us with an annoying carpenter ant and spider problem as well. He arrived on time. and our communications have been extremely professional. I felt his price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

We called Extermination Parasitex just before Christmas and not only did Marc return our call quickly but was at our house the next day with his thermal machines. He provided an exceptional service throughout the whole non-chemical process. The treatment was VERY efficient and within just a few days, we could « sleep tight » again. We moved into a new house last summer and we had a serious earwig and box beetle problem. This spring I figured why not get ahead of the problem and contact an exterminator to have the outside sprayed. I contacted Marc to come and spray for the bugs and he came right away. He explained everything to be about what he was doing, gave me advice on how to deter them and showed up right on time. I have not had an issue with the earwigs or box beetles since. I then noticed we had an issue with ticks on the dogs. So once again I messaged Marc yesterday and he came out to my house today to spray for the ticks. He once again explained everything he was doing, gave me some tips on how to prevent ticks and sprayed right away. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would give 10 stars if I could. I would recommend Extermination Parasitex to everyone.

Excellent service! I called 4 places and this place was the ONLY one who even called me back. I had an infestation of Boxelder bugs, they came the very next day sprayed and everything seems to be under control since! Great company!

Marc provided amazing service, was very informative, and so kind. I will definitely be using his services again in the future if required. He also told me what to do to discourage the wildlife from returning. Honestly, 5 star service and 100% recommend!

I got my home sprayed for ants and spiders as I live in a wooded area, I have not found one bug alive since!! Super great service and awesome results! They also even found some snakes living in my brick and took care of them for me. Would highly recommend!
