Our commercial unit landlord recommended this company, as they deal with them in the past, to do our heat detectors, I have been trying to pay the bill since they came in, however, their customer service Center is very poor. When you call them you don’t know if you are calling “exclusive alarms Inc” or you are calling somebody’s house. They don’t even identify their names, they didn’t greet you properly. and when you ask them they answer like you are bothering them… and they don’t even give you a name…I don’t recommend them and I won’t use them in the future.
