Has not paid contractors in over 6 months. Some contractors up to $800,000. “The Block” on 4th is a lost cause. The project had gone belly up. They have not been receiving funds for the past 6 months because Reto (owner/founder) has dropped the ball in meeting their expectations. The lenders have pulled the plug, leaving Reto dry an unable to pay close to 15 different contractor/companies.The false promises this man gives are hopeless, he will not take accountability nor is he trying to rectify the situation.
