Enterprise Rent-A-Car

rented out an F150 Truck. Very nice ride, easy on Gas. The staff at the FSJ depot were friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy.

Had left my keys for my vehicle at home so had no transportation. These guys saved my but! They had no vehicles at the airport so the manager drove me to the other location and set me up with a vehicle. I will use this enterprise for all my rentals from now on. Customer for life.

Rented a car from enterprise for a return trip to vancouver. No issues, no squabbling over minor damage, unlimited kilometers, and called to let them know we would be a few hours late returning the car and they extended our rental for a minor charge. If you want a ni hassle rental rent from here.

The car only had 3/4 of a tank on pickup. There was no snow brush in the vehicle, thankfully I had warm gloves to brush it off with.

Terrible service, I’ve been using them for over 6 years here in FSJ and I’ve had issues in the past however what happened today will forever leave a bitter taste in my mouth for this location and company. The lies and miscommunication given by Josh upon receiving a rental has made it so I would strongly recommend using a different rental service. I will not be recommending or supporting enterprise going forward especially for business purposes.

I will never rent with anyone else in FSJ! Fantastic, polite, efficient and kind customer service. Also, discovered we had a low tire on our first car and it was swapped out within hours, at a time that was convenient to us.

Terrible service. They made mistake after mistake, charged our visas multiple times and said they couldn’t return the amount for 5 business days, which meant our company credit cards were maxed out while on a business trip. We were there for well over and hour trying to rent the car, and by the time we were finished making screw ups the entire airport was empty. We’ll never be using the service again. Too many mistakes, lack of customer care and very slow. After all that they charged us through the roof for a terrible little vehicle because “we can charge much more when demand is high”…. DO NOT GO HERE. The other rental agencies at Fort St John Airport are way better.

I have normally had fair service from this place except the last time. I contacted them to see of they had a car available before I booked my flight. They did and agreed to hold the car until I can confirm if a flight was available. Called them back within 5 mins after booking my flight and they said that they no longer had any cars available. Obviously not too impressed.

I recently rented a vehicle while visiting in Fort St. John. I left my daytimer behind. The staff at Enterprise, found it and sent it to me free of charge. Very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. No hassles. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, friendly service that goes beyond the expected.
