I went looking for a light bulb and when I went to pay with my tap on my phone it didnt work the guy had a rude attitude. If you are working in customer service your customers are the ones that pay your salary, so, we deserve good service. If I would have been rude I would get him being like that but he had no reason. I'll take my business other place. Thanks!

Terrible customer service.They sell defective part and when you return them they charge you 15% without telling you at the beginning.The owner is not professional. This store should be closed.

I came here looking to replace some small bolts for my exhaust system. I gave make/model information and had the hardware on hand to ensure it was the same size. The older gentleman from behind the counter asked his coworker in french does he speak french?" three times and then the younger one unenthusiastically informed me he couldn't find it in his system. I searched and found the manufacturer part number on my phone

Decent location helpful staff they don't have everything carquest does that us across the street but I always go to the nappa first the carquest owner paint mixing guy thinks he's God's gift to the world and his stuff is overpriced.

The younger, more heavy guy there, has a biiiig attitude problem, like he's making customers a service to serve them, very condescending... Sad, very poor customer service from his side... The rest of the team was all right.
