A late review, but better later than never. DB Climate Care did my furnace in 2015, and it was probably about the best experience one could have with such a type of installation.It was a full on furnace and duct work installation, and they were in and out - AND MESS FREE - in 2 days, with zero interruption to our regular daily life. Price was perfectly in line with what I would expect from such a task. Always a positive outcome with these guys. Thanks!

We dealt with D&B shortly after moving into our house in August 2020. It was a heat wave and COVID and they still made time to come out and help out. Thoroughly explained the issues and our options moving forward. We chose a new unit and they had the install done in a reasonable amount of time based on how busy I knew they were!

It wasn't an emergency, but they were still able to send a technician the next morning at 8:30 a.m. He was on-time, friendly, and did a great job of explaining the issue and offering options to resolve it. Second time we've used D&B and have been pleased both times. We will continue to use them for all HVAC needs.

We had just moved to a home that needed a new furnace and AC. Being that I have worked in the HVAC industry as a Sales Manager and trainer, I know a good install when I see one. This is an excellent install. Paul explained what was going to be done and Brad, Hank and Dan made sure it was installed properly.

Too expensive.Company responded quickly, serviceman was polite and after diagnosing the problem, I asked for a quote for the part that needed replacing. The next day I got a call from their office with a price for the part, since I had checked the price on-line so I knew that the price I was quoted was way over the top. (a markup of over 400%)I recommend asking for quotes elsewhere before dealing with this company.

Serviced and repaired our hot water tank, they had someone here within 2 hours, had the repaired done within minutes, very honest and professional. We had hot water again an hour later. I'm blown away by the speedy professional service, I would definitely recommend D&B ClimateCare , will definitely use them again for sure. Thank you.

The pipe from our water heater sprung a leak on the Saturday of a long weekend.Tyler, who was already overworked repairing air conditioners, came within a few hours and soldered in a new copper pipe. We were very gratefull that we would not be without hot water for days!

Wow! Incredible company & service. We had furnace issues first thing this morning. I phoned D&B after reading reviews online & asking around on Facebook. The representative that answered (Kyle) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He let me know that a tech would be out asap and followed up with a phone call to let me know the tech was on the way. Matt was the tech that came out and he went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, efficient and honest. The price was very reasonable and my house is warm again!! Thank you D&B!!!
