Consistently Overcharge. Best to hit another post office. They used to always try to overcharge me but I hadn't been in a couple years and thought I'd try again today. They quoted me just under $9 to mail a CD to the States and were adamant that it was the cheapest option. I knew that was crazy as I post things often. Took the same package downtown and sent it out for just over $5 with no issues. Same old story with the Meadowlands branch. Just terrible to be doing that to people. Must be the staff.

I ship parcels regularly and I invest in bright red stickers that state this side up or fragile. I just left this post office, three employees, no customers and I hand my parcel in with several labels on it to be scanned as it is a prepaid label and the gentleman that handles the parcel turns it upside down turns it side way turned it every which way as he walked away with it. Very very frustrating that these employees will not pay attention to the labels that are put on your parcels for specific handling.

If I could give ZERO Stars, I would. 3 Employees behind the Counter. Would not Guide me on process and only offered to sell me $5.00 Tape to ensure package was sealed. I have used other Canada Post Outlets and the Employees were lively and helpful. 3 People standing around doing nothing but too busy to help..... I took my Parcel and returned using another Outlet.

Poor knowledge staff, they have just waisted my time. I was trying to send some flyers with them but It seems all their guidelines and maps were wrong. So disappointed

I had 2 packages (already addressed and all) to send to my daughter at university. It would've been approx $24 & $16. Staff member suggested I use one of their flat-rate boxes"...$30. Thank you !!"

The place is basically empty 90% of the time. Three staff members just chatting the whole time. The ladies are rude and treat you like a dumb child! Condesending tone and robotic responses when you ask a question! Like the beer store and lcbo, the post office needs to be closed! Considering their prices now for express post i will go to the competition from now on.

Frequently mixed up mail in the PO Box, seemed like whoever was sorting couldn't read, it got to the point where I canceled the PO box and went elsewhere. Terrible.
