Ordered for family and myself (last minute) at Christmas. They were very quick to respond to my inquiries. They were working so hard for the holidays that she even delivered my tea after hours! I am very grateful for that :DAlso! The tea is delicious!!! I really appreciate the focus on going plastic-free, too. Support local, drink good tea!

I bought two bags of tea online: one bag delivered, which the quality is not what I expected. So I cancelled the 2nd bag. But I tried to contact them for refund by phone call, email, text message, all failed. Until now, I still didn't get any respond from them. I have been wondering how they decided to deliver one bag at the first place and got the message I didn't want the 2nd bag, but never get my other messages? Or it was just a mistake from their side from the beginning: delivered one instead of two bags? I feel totally ignored and disrespected. I feel the service is very poor and very disappointed at the way they communicate: I should say no communication at all. I don't understand how they do the business. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Disappointing.Unfortunately I didn’t receive any notification about the delivery and so the package was dropped off to a post office which I’m unable to reach due to lack of public transport.It would likely cost more money to Uber there than what I ordered.
