Thank you Joanne for your advice on selecting a mattress. We are really happy with the quality of our mattress and on-time delivery. It is great value. You took the stress out of making the right choice.

What a bad experience this was, and the service representative had the nerve to ask me why I'm upset. I ordered a mattress steel frame, and it showed up all torn up with the medal pieces sticking out of the box, which were all scuffed up. Upon opening the box, I noticed paint flakes everywhere. Let's say QC doesn't exist with this company. I needed to install this because my son didn't have a bed. People don't understand that time is very valuable these days. I could have bought a used frame in better shape than what they sent me. This will be the last time I buy anything from them, and I encourage people to do the same. Pay a little more, but you will get a better quality product, and customer service.

I was very impressed by the product selection, and the helpfulness of the staff. Maya was able to answer all my questions and took all the time required for me to make a decision. Two days later, when I wanted to change my mind. he postponed going home to facilitate that. I ended up purchasing two mattresses and saving $1000 less than I had budgeted for.I would also like to comment on the efficiency and professionalism of the delivery staff, in short I am a very satisfied customer.

Thank you Roberta & Chloe for our mattress. Roberta is very knowledgeable, you could tell that she knew all of her mattresses. She listened to our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for at a price that was right for our budget. Chloe took care of the paperwork and was very professional. I was very happy to discover that they recycled our mattress (for $14 they took it out from our place and they told us it goes to a facility in Montreal where they recycle the parts). We ordered our mattress yesterday, and by today Saturday noon it was delivered. The delivery guys were super quick, what a great company and great service. Thank you everyone, we are very happy with it. You are a great team

I can't say enough good things about the people at Mattress Mart. I came in recently with my father and the staff (Evan and Maya) were wonderful. They listened attentively to my father’s needs and helped to find him a mattress that was comfortable, affordable, and available! Delivery was seamless and it included removal of his old mattress. Unfortunately, the mattress was too soft for his specific needs (something he only realized after spending a few nights on it). We arranged to have it switched out for a hybrid firm mattress, but the new mattress had to be ordered (due to its unusual size - Twin XL) and would take up to two weeks to arrive. Then the sales manager, Lori Luciano, reached out to me. She said she thought the replacement mattress we’d selected would be too hard for Dad (given that his first mattress choice was soft). She upgraded us to a different hybrid mattress that was soft near the top, firm and supportive underneath, AND in stock! The swap was easy and my father says he hasn’t slept this well in decades! We are so grateful to the whole Mattress Mart team for their exceptional service and kindness at every stage of the process. Thank you!!

I have always got great service here. I have bought a couple of mattresses here over the years. I went in to see mattresses and pricing and to get some information. Maya was absolutely great. He took time to answer all the questions I and my husband had. He showed us different mattresses that would suit us and our needs. I rarely don't give out recommendations, but this store and staff are absolutely amazing. Store is clean.

First off I would like to start by saying that the sales staff at our local Mattress Mart were excellent. So the reason for the negative review is the defective mattress that we are now stuck with. Less than a year ago we bought a firm Kingsdown mattress for over $1200. Unfortunately about 6 months in, the mattress started getting noticeably softer. Several months later and it’s lost a significant amount of support and is no where near the firm mattress that it was supposed to be. A warranty request was submitted; however, Kingsdown will only consider mattress compaction for warranty claims. This mattress being so new has materials that still spring back very quickly so there is no significant visible depression by the time you get everything set up to photograph it as requested by Kingsdown. But the issue we are experiencing is not compaction and rather a degradation in structural support. Kingsdown did not respond to our follow up requests and Mattress Mart has not been able to do anything for us either. So without options or recourse we will need to buy a different mattress.

Honestly this place went beyond your typical mattress store! Customer service is on point here, and never pushed or pressured us in any sort of way. Maya was patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful! Highly recommend him as your sales person! We left overly satisfied with our purchase and the price is something you will never see given to you at the brick or any other mattress store!

Service was so bad I filed a complaint with the BBB. Their technician actually lied about his visit to resolve our issues with our adjustable bed controller. Both the vp Joanne Creighton and customer service rep made promises to resolve our issues only to be told by corporate office to not follow throughWe have now been told we see on our own and to deal with manufacturer directly for warranty issue

Our salesman, Maya, provided service that was attentive and efficient. The bed was delivered on schedule and quickly assembled on-site.
