We have partnered with Toolway as a distributor of our Lawn & Garden line of products over 2 years ago. Management has been open and available to work with us and they have a good sales team. Very very bad quality of the product. I bought a laminate cutter 4 months ago, the part holding the cutter blade doesn’t work, and I call them to figure out to repair it, first of all the staff send me to the store where I got the product, the store send me to them, and them told me they can’t do anything. The third time I call them as their website says all their tools has one year warranty, so they send me to their ware house, so I sent another 2 hours to their ware house, and they told me very sorry but they can’t do anything. I don’t argue with lady, just shocked by their so bad service and walked away. This is the worst tool manufacturer I ever met, and not recommend their products again, so low quality and not honest and responsible.

Love supporting and working with these guys. They have such an array of products, there’s very few things they don’t carry in fact! They must treat their staff really well because the same service and sales staff that we have been working with for years, are still around. Canadian operated company with incredible vast product assortment at good price! When I was at National Hardware Show Las Vegas 2019, I passed by the booth of Toolway. I was surprise by seeing one big booth from one Canadian company displayed many products at difference categorizes. Not only carry beautiful product individually, they also have whole nice planogram to give the customers difference display options to customize based on their markets for hand tool, electrical and lighting, securities hardware, builder tools, fastener tool, paint and sundries, adhesive and sealant, law and garden, …During Co-vid lock down, I checked on some masks – safety items and some items to renovate the bathroom, organize garages, refresh the garden. One more time I was impressed when browsing their website. Found out that they have flyer each month giving very good discount difference needed items. On top, each flyer always launches some new items showing their efforts to be on top with the innovative and competitive products on the market.They also have Spring booking with many beautiful items for garden and seasonal items that very attractive to refresh our garden - the only place where we are able to go and enjoy the most during pandemic ! And another attractive Fall booking that I am going to check out their tarpaulin and curing blanket collection that they can customize on any request, many extension cord product and great innovative powerful difference designs of working lamps to light up our cold Canada winter here.The clear tarpaulin from Toolway I tried last time is very high quality, UV treated and made of very high quality material that able to make real clear transparent color that I am looking for and will last for longer time.Amazing product assortment, good price, good quality and lastly, as one of proud and responsible Canadian citizen, I feel great and more meaningful when my money is supporting Canadian company to help local around to keep jobs here in stead of supporting some companies at somewhere oversea…Go to Toolway when looking for any tools and they will satisfy your expectations !
