This business definitely deserves 5 stars. Reasonable price. Window great quality….but the customer service is incredible. The salesperson, (Better Window and Door) came to our home quickly, worked with us on design and told us when to expect installation. The office staff called with updates on installation. The crew who installed the window were friendly, professional and did a great job, including an amazing clean up. I would highly recommend this company!

Where can we start. First off Allen was very helpful and friendly. He worked with us and what best for our needs. Whenever we had a question he responded back to us quickly and professionally. Allen and his sons did a great job at installing the windows. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and polite. The windows came in quick and look very sharp. I would highly recommend Better Window and door to anyone looking for windows.

From start to finish, Allan was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive to any questions I had. The cost was reasonable. Allan and his sons were very respectful at all times. They made sure everything was cleaned up after their work was done. They put the windows in very precisely and they made sure everything was placed right. I highly recommend Better Window and Door.

Allan and his two Sons from Better Window and Door installed new replacement windows on both my Father-in-Law and my Sister-in-Laws home. Great Value, and Great Energy Efficient Windows. The crew worked hard, kept the work area clean, and the newly installed windows look great! Would recommend them to anyone in the Windsor Essex-County area for windows and doors.
