Iam really happy with the customer service ,Sabrina was really helpful to me in selecting the frames and helped me out through my confusions.Me and my family will always come back here.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses here for half the price I paid before at other opticians. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will come back for again and I recommend the business to anyone needing prescription eyewear.

I ordered orthotics from this company a year ago from the Markham, Ontario location and still haven't received them. After I had put in my order, a month or so later they called to say they were ready after I had to call and figure out what was going on because my insurance company wasn't receiving the claim papers. Eventually I got a call that they were ready and a couple days later I went to the store to pick them up; and they couldn't find my order. The man looked and called the doctor that actually took my order and it was still no where to be found. I explained that I didn't want to have to come back to this location because its far from where I live, he told me they would have the product sent to the Scarborough location when they find it. I agreed. So about a week or so later I had a voicemail saying that the product was at the Scarborough location. I was unable to go in but never got another phone call again. And when I eventually went in to pick the product up, they didn't have it. They had sent it back to the manufacturer". I asked why I wasn't called again before it was sent back

Harsh provided a very professional service trying to accomodate my wishes with sunglasses. He went out of his way to bring sunglasses from other branches for me try. I was very satisfied and will be happy to business here again.

Needed my lens put back in my glasses.They did it with no charge.

Totally worst and looters... The price is very high compare to other optical stores in Toronto. As well as very worst quality frames and glasses too. It was nice to see professional staff out there. I went to get the prescription eyeware and Harsh helped me get the perfect pair. He is truly knowledgable guy with polite manners.I will definetely recommend Budget optical to my friends.
