I don't think they follow typical standards of the franchise. My chicken is brown and fatty, sometimes under cooked. They give sauces that are not on typical menu. This place is a disaster

The Tom Yum soup was absolutely terrible. I had to return it once because the chicken has a black spot (1cm squared) in it: they made a new soup. The chicken in this second one had a terrible after taste in it which prompted me to write this review because this is unacceptable. The service may be good and all but what about the food?Edit: the owner wants more details below. I have provided the details below. I think there is sufficient information for them to investigate. In my tum yum soup, the chicken wasn't cooked properly, and when I reported it to them the guy looked at me like he didn't know what I was saying all of a sudden.My purpose was to show him to be more diligent when cooking chicken and avoiding such a review on their page.Yet when you have a look of disregard this is alarming and needs to be shared with the general public.

I had the Tofu Pad Sew..2 pieces of broccoli only..tofu did not smell fresh..very dry and the noodles were stuck together..worst Thai Express experience..unfortunately

For a shopping mall restaurants, it quite good. You see the cooked food in front of you. Taste fresh, just the spring rolls were not the best in the world but not the worst either, it just ok. If your spending the day at the mall I do recommend this restaurants
