If you want excellent professional assistance with your vision needs, look no further than FYI Doctors Broadway in Vancouver.I have complicated vision requirements and the prescription I obtained from Dr Janda was right on. This is in stark contrast to another optical provider I first tried who got my prescription wrong three times in a row and wasted two months of my time.I also want to give a shoutout to FYI employee Johnny who assisted me with the fitting. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and helps you get the your new glasses properly adjusted.Do yourself a favour and go to FYI Doctors Broadway. They get it right the first time with excellent service! Highly recommended!

They have the worst customer service! They just want to charge you extra for every single thing that comes for free in other places!! I did my eye exam there and got the new prescription,I asked them to order the contact lenses (the brand that I’m comfortable with) and she just refused and said you need to come and sit with contact lenses specialist and they will tell you what to wear!!! And I’m gonna be charged for a service that I don’t need!! They charge extra for training and for Samples which is ridiculous!I went to Costco, they trained me for wearing contact lenses, they ordered samples from three different brands and it was all for free, and they have the BEST customer service.

Punctual, professional examination. Optician who helped me pick out glasses was very good and helpful. Putting a rush on the order meant that I got my sunglasses in a very short time, so I could take them on a trip. When they arrived, they fit perfectly.

Great staff and very well educated. I have worn contacts for 30 years and this is the first place that recommended contact that correct for my astigmatism. Would highly recommend them as an eye care provider.

This location goes above and beyond for your eye care needs. I was awed by the customer service provided by the friendly receptionists, especially Pam, who I spoke to on the phone. She was very friendly and kind and went above and beyond to help me. Dr. Janda, who I later saw for my eye exam, was also amazing! She is very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me exactly what was bothering my eye and provided some helpful solutions that I will be trying! I am so happy with my experience! Will definitely be coming back!

I am so fortunate and my family to be patient to Dr. Jason LouiDr. Loui is a skilled and professional doctor with high humane sense. He is always ready and willing to meet our needs and treat us in case an emergencies despite is super busy and tight time. His integrity, dedication and high-accuracy is amazing . My niece introduced me to FYI a few years back. I have never regretted my decision to go there. Dr. Louie is just amazing and I have full confidence in him. He is also an absolute delight to deal with as are other staff members at their office. They have moved to a new location on Broadway and it's lovely - very light and calming. I would fully recommend this place - you will be in good hands. They have high tech equipment which is very re-assuring. Love this place.

This review is coming from Lorna Blake. I recently picked up my glasses with a new set of lenses. The eye tests beforehand were efficiently and pleasantly carried out by Dr. Janda and various technicians. Because I will be away by the end of the month, Johnny kindly expedited the manufacture of my new lenses, and we were both pleasantly surprised by how quickly they came to FYidoctors' new (airy, bright) Broadway office.There wasn't a huge change in my prescriptions, but there feels a significant improvement with these lenses.

I've gone here several times and interacted with different people all the time and my experience has been consistent: everyone is so pleasant! I do not feel intimidated or pressured to do anything. Everyone is so helpful and wanting the best for me. Shout out to Aaron & Christian who've helped me multiple times as well!
