I phoned to book an appt with Kevin Beattie (who I had used before) His assistant (I believe her name was Kim) was down right the rudest person I have spoken to. She was degrading, aggressive, just plain rude. I've dealt there twice and now after this experience, will never deal there again.

Have dealt with them 3 times and every time I have been pleased with the service both by Kevin and his support staff.

Kevin Beattie helped us with the purchase of our condo and the sale of our house.
