Mike did a great job fixing the wire racks that fell down in my walk-in-closet! I used google to find a handyman in my town(which I have never done before) and it worked out nicely! He was able to come to my house within a few days of me calling him!Mike is reliable and efficient and very friendly.I will be using him in the future for home repairs!! I highly recommend Mike!!

Mike was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We needed a new post mailbox and had a hard time finding someone who could do the job. He was able to do the job at a moments notice. Mike removed the old one, installed a new post and the new mailbox. He also took the old mailbox and the box from the new mailbox which helped with cleanup. Would highly recommend!

Mike and crew are seriously awesome! They are professional and very easy to work with. Excellent customer service and very reasonable. Our basement had a number of custom components that they allowed in the solution.1. We added chair rail and two wall colors (top and bottom different in all rooms)2. I wanted extra lighting and electrical complexities (6 breakers instead of 1 due to heavier electrical needs)3. I wanted to be able to run low-voltage cabling myself between framing and drywall days (1000’ of Ethernet networking and media center cables)During framing day I worked along side them to do additional electrical wiring (beyond the typical basement). A last minute decision needed to be made and they worked us through the solution to our satisfaction.Then Mike gave me 2 weeks to do my low voltage work before the drywall team came. I was able to specify exact locations during that time for all of my low-voltage boxes to support the Ethernet and media center wiring — and the drywall crew installed all of them.On the final day I assisted them with my extra wiring needs to keep the job doable in the time allotted.When it was all done they cleaned everything up and promised if anything wasn’t right they would come back. After a few days later we noticed a few smaller things and they came back promptly and resolved all the issues!Overall an awesome crew and I would recommend them to anyone for a reasonably priced quality basement!

I contacted Mike from Upgrade Home Solutions to install door knobs. The hole in the door needed to be larger to accommodate the new knobs. Mike texted that he was going to arrive at 10:30 and he was on time. Not only did he install the knobs, but he fixed 2 doors that have been sticking. He cleaned up the debris after the work was done. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work and Mike’s professionalism. We plan on calling him to install new storm doors.

Mike was great installed ClearCut tub product. Mike was pleasant, described the process so my parents could understand. Cleaned up the entire bathroom when job was done, removed all debris. Mike is very personable, would highly recommend him for any job. He was very knowledgeable about the product he installed.

I had the good fortune of having Mike recommended to me by a friend when I needed some work done on my porch/stairs. Mike rebuilt my stairs (which will NEVER need to be replaced again thanks to his workmanship) and has over the years replaced other parts of the porch (the deck, railings, etc). Mike is impeccable in his craftsmanship. His takes great pride in his work and he is, in my opinion, reasonably priced. After the holidays I have a few other projects for him.
