Initially the particular style of blinds I ordered was not suited for my apartment. However, the problem was taken care of professionally and efficiently. They switched my roller shades to the bloc wand system on site. The installer arrived on time both times and was professional and courteous. We had double roller shades (3% M screen and blackout) installed on all our living room and bedroom windows. Great service and efficient install. Elevator measurements can be finicky so if it's gonna be tight then better to have a backup for getting long rolls up to a condo, we took the stairs! Functions smoothly and really gives a minimalist clean modern look. The light grey color matches our wall quite well. Love the options of light filtering or total blackout during the daytime. The kitchen real wood blinds are beautiful and simple, blends right in. Quality products and install.

We needed blinds for 21 windows and Tasha, Mike, and the rest of the team did not disappoint. We went with motorized roller shades for the main living areas and manual for the basement. Blackout roller shades for the bedrooms and light filtering fabric for the other rooms. There is a large selection of fabrics and competitive pricing which is the main reason we went with this company. Highly recommended.

I am extremely happy with the quality, price and service I received from Wholesale Blind Factory. Paul was very knowledgeable and helped me with selecting the correct 3% screen for my west facing windows so that it would not let too much sun in and allow me to still see a little outside (see picture from 7am). Kyle was very professional in his workmanship and was able to figure out how to install the motorized blinds on the small windows that was at an angle to the main windows. I am also very happy with their Wi-Fi hub that allow me to use Google Home to open & close the motorized blinds. My condo renovation now feels complete with the addition of the blinds. Friends recommended Wholesale Blind and we had a great experience. We went to the showroom but we also had a sales consultant come to our home to see the space and determine what products would work best. We ended up choosing blackout roller shades for the bedroom and 3% roller shades for the living room. Great communication with the installer who came to measure the windows and returned at a later date to install the shades. We also paid for removal of the old aluminum blinds which was very convenient.

Blinds are such a visible part of your home, and we were so pleased to find Wholesale Blinds to work with us. We got both black-out and solar shades, so it was great that their materials for those shades had a similar look and feel (not the case with a budget competitor who also quoted). All shade materials are made in North America and the blinds themselves are fabricated in the Lower Mainland. Support local!We're so satisfied with the blinds themselves, which look amazing and function so well. But we were perhaps more impressed with the people. Kyle, who measured and installed, was so careful and tuned to the small details that matter - he did an awesome job. And Paul (VP Sales) did the initial visit and an in-person follow-up when we were concerned about one aspect of the installed blinds (which was totally our misperception) - he listened, cared, and was fully invested in making sure we were satisfied.Very highly recommended!

Happy to recommend Wholesale Blind Factory for your next purchase. I purchased 8 blinds total, six were motorized, four for skylights. Skylight shades did not operate exactly as anticipated, so they replaced all four with a new design at their cost! From sales, to customer service, to installation, they delivered!

From the Sales Rep, Frank Nourzadi, to the blind installer Jacek, service was excellent. Frank was very knowledgeable with the colours and style of blinds they have. Helped me make a good choice with the style of the revolving blinds I ordered. Jacek, was very professional and equipped with installing the blinds in my house. There was a bit of a problem when the blinds came, but it was resolved right away and no problems. Thank you so much. I love my new blinds.
