I kept calling the store for 45 min since 5:00 pm on a Tuesday for at least 10 times, no one picked up the phone. The store is open until 8:00. Such a poorly managed store to reach any associate if you got a question to ask.

Staples is Staples. Pembina location is great. Clean, fresh, great service. I left my cellphone there, and management took care of it until I picked it up, so I got super happy. Never crowded so I can print my music sheets and documents really quick when in a hurry. Also, great location as there are other cool businesses beside it.
