By far the best sub spot! Really fresh ingredients and by far better than subway. The customer service is great here, a team member named Jatin made my sub and he wanted to make sure I would have an amazing experience. I will be back!

The quality of the sub is still decent but I’ve encountered, on multiple occasions, that pre-ordering online is virtually pointless. Two of the three times I’ve done this, my order isn’t approved so when I show up, they have to make it there and then, which defeats the entire purpose of pre-ordering to begin with .. and then still paying full price.

Quiznos on Upper James blew me away! The amazing staff made me feel like a VIP from the moment I walked in, and the service was seriously top-notch. I didn't have to wait long for my delicious Classic Italian sandwich, which was hands down one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, the meat was juicy and flavorful, and the veggies were so fresh and crunchy. I loved the variety of sauces and toppings available, and the team was super helpful in making sure my sandwich was just the way I wanted it. If you're looking for friendly staff, exceptional service, and mouthwatering food, you absolutely have to check out Quiznos on Upper James - I'm already planning my next visit!

Upper James , hamiltonLocationI prefer quinoz of all the sandwich chains out there. My experiences at quinoz’ is always good but today was extra good. “Jatin” is the shift manager and helped me out. Guys super personable and friendly. Hooked me up with some extra zesty sauce and peppers that used to be on the side station. He made sure I was full + happy. I thought he was the owner based on how great he was. He understands customer service. I see him growing within the company sooner then later. I took down a 9” steak and cheese and a cool ranch sammy. Both were great and I’ll be back!!Jon MarkusGrimbsy

Food was below average and it feels like a dungeon. An awful worker lady added her own tip to the total and didn't provide a receipt to hide it. Don't eat here

We had lunch at Quiznos on Upper James.They have a lobster sandwich promotion. The lobster sub is a mix of lobster and pollack fish. We really enjoyed our sandwiches, which tasted like real lobster. We will be back. Thank you.

The food was delicious and arrived fresh for the event, with plenty of options, meat and vegetarian and different sauces . Everything was wrapped very carefully and neatly. Will order for an event again.

We went here based on Google Reviews' overall high rating. Unfortunately, I was served what had to be a several days old bun. It was so dry, it was crumbling and cracking. My husband got the same bun type and his was soft, spongy, and not falling apart or dry. I asked for extra lettuce and got a single layer of lettuce. I asked for pepperoncini, and was told they're on the side". Never saw them. The broccoli cheddar soup was nearly as good as homemade and the only reason this isn't a two-star review."

For 1 person 27.74 is steep. A sub soup and drink...yikesThe ladies were very great. I believe someone was training, so maybe there was an error and my fault for not saying anything. Appreciate the hard work! But the next person might not be so understanding
