Me and my friends when to Wasaga beach and decided to go to Chuck's for dinner. We got there at 8:12pm and was told to wait outside for a few minutes and was told that we are lucky someone left so we got the table a bit earlier, that was about 8:17-ish.Menu was brought to us right away, and we decided what we are going to have within a few minutes, but the waitress took about 20 to 23 minutes to get to us, not even water was served.During the wait, our table was bumped twice and the waitresses never apologized. we have asked other waitresses whether we can order food or not but was ignored.Finally our waitress came and took our order, said nothing else but what do we want to eat. Took another 20 to 25 minutes until our food finally came, but was served by another employee. Our waitress came to ask us if we wanted any ketchup half way through the meal, which the condiment should of be there in the first place.Not to mention, I ordered a medium rare New york steak but was more like a medium well done, kinda burned on the surface. One of my friend ordered the new dish lamb chop, but was extremely hard and dry throughout the meat, he had a very difficult time cutting it to smaller pieces, not tender as it was advertised, also the meat was more like a lamb loin chop instead of just lamb chop (see first picture). Other friend ordered a bone-in new york, the edges was completely burned, hard and dry (see second to fourth photo). The worse thing is there was a piece of chicken on his plate, which was not part of the menu.On the bill, there was a honest to goodness 3% tips (see fifth photo), if the 3% goes to the live music singer, that's worth it, but if it was to the waitress, idk why it was on our bill.Personally I would not visit this location again since everything pretty much went wrong, not hundred percent sure if the staff is a little bit rasist, but we definitely didnt feel comfortable dining there. Really hope other customer don't have to go through our unfortunate experience.

We’ve been waiting to pay for the bill 25 minutes now. It’s Canada Day and we’re missing the fireworks. On top of that the burger was dry and unseasoned. And our waters were never refilled. The waitress also was looking at us with disgust. Will never come back again

Not a bad place too eat. The blonde hostess/server with the gorgeous eyes was impatient and rude. Our server was busy and barely around. Live music was nice, they were ok". Huge portions. Garlic bread with cheese was soggy. Bread soaking in too much garlic butter. Chicken wings not crunchy at all. Croutons were store bought. Corn was withered. Expensive."

First time at a Chuck's Roadhouse and it was so great! Food was delicious, prices were even better. Our server Channel was super friendly and made perfect recommendations. Did not disappoint!

A solid ok" and "you get what you pay for" kinda place. Took advantage of the Surf and Turf for $25 - steak was kinda dry and the lobster and corn were definitely frozen

Great food for the low prices they have. Foods pretty good, service is slow don't ask for drinks enough. We would've spent much more on drinks if we had the chance to.Price was low for 6 people.

I have been here three times. First time was terrible, I had the lobster and steak. Steak was ok but the lobster had the texture of bad powered potatoes. Second time had Chuck's burger was actually good. This last time had steak and lobster again this time lobster was great and steak was way over done. What I have figured out there is an issue with staff. On the two bad nights they seemed to be short staffed mostly in the kitchen. Both times the atmosphere seem to have low morale. On the burger day it wasn't very busy. Everyone was in a great mood. The food came fast. The other two times the food took forever and things were missing. The forgot to bring out the dip for my wife's beef dip and when they were reminded they brought out this little tiny cup half size of a shot glass quarter full of dip. For them most part you are flipping a coin to what kind of overall quality you will receive. Very inconsistent. for the price I would have put a one star for food but the burger was good

Food was fantastic, our waitress was amazing, she was fast and constantly keeping an eye on our drinks and extra plates on the table etc... a fantastic dining experience.The elder woman of the two hostess' was relatively rude when we arived. Ordered a rare steak that in my opinion was overcooked but none the less still delicious. They could really use a cleaner as well.But the thing that bothered me the most was the honest to goodness tax" that they put onto my bill without any warning.After reading responses to other reviews and their generic response

Notice:Ask for Lisa for fantastic service.When coming to the beach you want to have Fish and Chips right? Look no further, Chuck's Roadhouse has you covered in spades.Best Fish and Chips.The Steak, the Burgers are a HUGE win too.

Good food. I've been here many times and it's consistently good and cheap. Apps are half price after 9pm which is a great deal considering their apps are already cheaper than other pubs.Also hands down my favorite spinach dip so far anywhere.My only complaint about this night specifically was that the AC was blasting. My date and I went and grabbed a blanket from the car to drape over us. The food also took quite a long time for just 1 app and 1 burger.
