I needed a short term loan for a week. I have a job but needed some extra due to unforseen circumstances. Anjulyn was excellent in helping me and at explaining terms and facilitating a loan. It all happened in less than 15 minutes and was not too complicated or as awkward as I thought. I think this location and its service was very good!

The West end branch 170 st 90ave. The staff who helped us her name was Anjulyn she was very kind and polite and very patient to us. I will recommend this branch.

I had an amazing experience with Nars! He was very patient and empathetic! I was there for a payday loan, but he calmly suggested trying a loan, which gave me a better rate of interest in times of need. If you are in need, please look for him! You won't regret the customer service he provides.
