It's always a horribly stressful time and as I as trying to aggressively sort out my admin, but Patrick and the team have been crushing it. Packing and loading. Brenda and Josh’s team made our move from our house in the city to our new home in the country very easy. The entire team were very polite, asked good questions and really cared about doing a great job. They worked incredibly hard. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving.

They were amazing! We used them on our move from Vancouver - Edmonton and were very happy. Clear communication on arrival times, 0 delay even though there was highway closures, and the friendliest guys. Including their unpacking, they were completely done in under an hour. Patrick & his team made the whole experience smooth!

Paid five figures for a move across Canada in January 2023 and honestly received the worst service imaginable. My children's game console was STOLEN. They unpacked the empty box and tried to claim we removed the item ourselves even though they packed and sealed the box with the console inside in our presence (with their packing tape) at our old home. They delivered furniture from another client (including their mattress) to us, they delivered four tires that didn't belong to us to our home, they misplaced our items (we still don't have them till today). They searched for our items for a month - but couldn't find them. If you're checking reviews you're obviously thinking about using them. I don't recommend that you do, but if you must here are my tips:1. They never pay out on insurance no matter what, so start by saving money on that. I've never seen anyone successfully claim on their insurance - its essentially a scam2. Avoid the lady we dealt with - her name is Pam Morris. Avoid her at ALL costs. She's delightful when she comes around to your house and tries to sell you the service until you have a problem, or your items go missing3. They will try to tell you that you have sixty days to file a claim for any missing items - you don't. Make them wait (no matter how long it takes) and check over everything to ensure its all there. If you try to make a claim after they leave, they won't pay4. If possible skip the packing and unpacking service. It cost us over $2k for the pleasure of being robbed. At least if you pack by yourself, they wont see your valuables. Also, the unpacking consists of removing your items from the box and leaving them on any surface including the floor. They do not place items in cupboards/drawers.

We recently used AMJ Campbell for our move across Canada. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. Our move manager was very nice and they came over to get an estimate of our stuff. On the day of the move, everything went smoothly. The movers were wonderful hard-working people, always friendly and great to work with. The same movers delivered our items at the other end. The move was not at all stressful, I would highly recommend AMJ Campbell for all moves, especially long distance. Thank you!
