I love this brand but this is the one location I will never go back to. Staff are rude or ignore you. At this point ignore is better. Might as well turn their noses up and walk away from you because that's what they act like anyway. I don't usually review a retail store like this. I've had not the greatest service in past but never felt the need to review, until I came here. It's quite sad actually. If you hate dealing with people so much then maybe don't work retail or customer facing. Too busy socializing and eyeing people down instead of helping customers. So disappointing. Very uncomfortable to be a customer there.

I’m almost positive the woman who helped me today was named Emily, but in case I’m wrong their Educator ID is 99994000120543!I’ve been shopping at this location for years, some good experiences some not so pleasant. The past year or so, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences from all team members.Today was no exception! I had some pants needing to be altered or exchanged and she was delighted to help me out and went above and beyond for me! She didn’t have to go the extra mile but it was greatly appreciated! Thanks again!

I purchased the 3 pack of non slip socks for women and paid full price of $38, after one wear they do not stay on my feet! I was assured by the sales lady that these would not slip off, she said she wears them through the day with no issues? I followed her instructions of not putting them in dryer but it made zero difference. Do not buy these socks.

My experience with staff member Sienna at Lululemon Kelowna was fantastic! Sienna was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful with my daughter who was doing a return. Sienna's positive and energetic attitude was contagious, and it made my experience enjoyable.

Went with my daughter for a late Christmas gift for her. She picked out a few things she liked, a top, legings, gym shorts. She appreciated the clothes and said thanks Dad. Very nice day.
