I feel so lucky to have found Erin!I’d previously had a bad experience with someone else who left me scarred and with a mess of black wandering halfway up one eyelid. I thought I had no hope and would have to wear thick cover up on my eyelids for the rest of my life.I consulted with Erin who told me she would take care of me and wow she sure did! I really didn’t know how she could possibly fix the mistakes and scarring that I had been left with but she really did it!My eyes look like my eyes again and the lumpiness I had from scarring is now totally gone.Her studio is a very welcoming place and it is totally spotless. Watching how careful she was with her set up before we got started really impressed me and I loved how she took extra time to explain what she was doing with every step of the process. Her patience and bedside manner were just incredible.Erin’s technical skill and creative talent is unmatched, she is the only person I will ever go to again and I can’t recommend her enough!

I've been with Erin now almost ten years. I've had brows done (a few regular touch ups through the years) and eyeliners done. Erin is great! From her experience in the beauty industry (consulting on a brow shape with you) to connecting with you right away to understand your personality (and if you can wear that shape of brow) - I put full trust in her from the start. Her technique and attention to client service is professional; she is highly invested in her work FOR YOU. Erin was fabulous! She explained the procedure and made me feel very secure. The colouring was perfect and very accurate. Very professional and calming!

I seen Erin quite some time ago but my experience was fantastic. She knows what she’s doing and I researched having my eyebrows done for a LONG time. I wish I had a before and after picture but i wasn’t able to find one. Having my brows done gave me a much needed confidence boost after years of having very thin and sparse brows.Highly recommend Erin for all your permanent makeup needs.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the services can be quite expensive (not that I don’t think it’s worth it) just that maybe they could offer a payment plan...they may do that now but I haven’t been for a long time.

I visited Erin in December to have my eyebrows and eyeliner permanently done and I'm extremely happy with the results! The clinic is clean and everyone is very professional. Erin guided me through my preferences and how I wanted the end result to look. I always felt like I was in control of the procedure and that I could change things to my liking.I booked a touch-up appointment (it's included!) even though I wasn't sure I'd need it. Now, after 2 months of healing the colour has lightened considerably (it looks natural!) and I can see where my skin stayed stubborn. I can understand why she recommended a follow-up!During my free touch-up appointment Erin was as meticulous as she was the first time around! We made some slight adjustments to the colour and shape, and I'm super excited to see the finished look after healing!I would definitely recommend Erin to everyone who wants to go the permanent makeup route! She's a perfectionist and easy to talk to, and I feel that the included touch-up makes the entire procedure worth every penny!

I love my eyebrows I would not trust anyone else for my perm makeup. Erin is amazing at what she does.

I just read a bad review which has prompted me to write my own review! I had my eyebrows done by Erin 2 years ago now. Erin is lovely, meticulous, professional, and extremely good at what she does. My brows look fantastic, and I totally love them. I have had a few touch ups now due to healing issues, and Erin has always been a pleasure to deal with. If you are going to have permanent make up done, I would suggest you do lots of research, try to understand the process, talk to people, speak to Erin, and book your service with her. Thank you again for my beautiful brows!
