I had Constructo Group build a 14' x 20' woodworking shop. Covid delayed the start date, but once they got going, they were great to work with. They worked with me to get the design I wanted and offered suggestions when I got a little lost. I found all their subcontractors to do quality work and they were there when they said they'd be. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased. I found Stephen Lentz to be forthright and easy to work with - he did what he said he would. In fact, I'm hoping to use Constructo Group again next year for a large remodel project.

After a negative experience with a shady contractor in 2020, I searched high and low for a general contractor that I could trust when I was ready to resume installing a suite in the basement of my home. I chose Constructo for their integrity and ability to put my worries at ease. I was completely happy working with them throughout the whole project. Stephen is a clear communicator and I was informed of every step along the way, with no surprises. I have many future home renovation projects in mind, and I hope to work with Constructo on all of them.

Stephen and his team at ConstructoGroup have been a pleasure to work with, from the first phone call to the last walk-through. The quality of the work is excellent — the basement looks fantastic and they nimbly solved some tricky head-room problems — but we were equally impressed with how easy and pleasant the team were to work with — good-hearted and respectful. Stephen emphasizes good communication, and it shows, and it makes a difference.

We appreciate Stephen's work and assistance. Our renos were a rather substantial undertaking for us - two kids, two cats and dog in the background! At all times, Stephen was meticulous and transparent about budget and timeline. It has been a pleasure to have had him (and Geoff) tend to our renos. Having a trusting relationship is something we value. He's honest, patient, a good listener and was attentive to our specific needs and lifestyle.
