Charged me more than quoted for the work completed. I provided feeder cable for the subpanel that was being installed, and they kept the extra leftover cable after the job was completed, and also charged me almost double the labour that was quoted and done. I have a home security system and kept track of the coming and goings to track the hours worked. When questioned about it, all I got was denial and arrogance.

We are a GC based out of Calgary and have some small electrical items that need fixing here and there in Terrace. Kevin is so helpful and always gets the job completed and goes above and beyond. The customer service is also really great. We are very lucky to have a great counterpart in Terrace!
