Terrible company and terrible products. Recently bought $10000 worth of Atosa equipment and within 2 weeks one of the ovens stopped operating. Can’t contact Atosa Canada at all, whenever trying to call them it says “call transferred failed, no answer” and hangs up. No service whatsoever and no accountability. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We have had excellent service and find this product to be perfect fit for our business. We have 3 double cooler and a single freezer. Highly recommend these coolers and freezer.

Very bad quality equipment. I bought 2 food preparation fridge from them, 1 was down within couple months. Both of them started to rust less than 1 year. The stainless steel parts are ok but all the nuts and connections and frames rust very bad and the smell of rust is also terrible.

I purchase Atosa freezer in November 2021, it was a faulty unit since day one and it broke 4 times during this short period of time, this is the 3rd time the temperature went to -2 degree celsius instead of -17/18 degree celsius to keep the goods frozen. Due to the increase in temperature my frozen products gone bad (three times) and we had to suffer a loss of around $8k, now we are planning to take a legal actions against the Atosa for all the damages.I called the repair company for the warranty (warranty repair company is looking my credit card information - which is not required by the warranty papers).Also, Atosa Canada doesn't have any customer service contact number to call and discuss the issue.My experience with Atosa is terrible and full of agony. I would suggest others: beware of buying Aotsa products.Per your request: I have already sent my contact information twice.This is the final notice before I take you to the court of Law to recover all my losses including legal cost, losses of frozen products, cost of the freezer and all agonies had to face since we purchased that freezer will be recovered through the court process.

DO NOT BUY ATOSA!They DO NOT back their warranty. Products are over priced garbage.I bought a COOK RITE" GAS RESTAURANT DOUBLE OVEN AND RANGE WITH GRILL.BURNERS IN OVEN STOPPED WORKING BEFORE ONE YEAR I HAD ALL RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENTATION AND THEY WOULD NOT COVER WARRANTY.1 STAR IS TOO HIGH OF A RATING.MINUS ONE MILLION WITH ALL THE RUN AROUND AND LOSS OF BUSINESS."
