Bell

We went in on Black Friday and were there for quite awhile because their computer system was being very slow. However, in that time I got to see them help several people and it really seemed like they did their best to save people money. We worked with Amir and Danny and they were both fantastic but the other guy that was there (sorry, didn’t catch their name! And the gal that came in towards the end of our visit seemed equally great). We walked out with the two new phones we wanted, plans that gave us 5x the data we had before, and we’re paying over $80 less a month. Will definitely return to this location in the future!

So had to go in to figure out how to add another line for my now retired parent. The manager Aman was an absolute wonderful help and perfectly explained every step in the process. It's rare these days to find a sales person who actually cares about the customer first and finds them exactly what they need. I don't even write reviews, that's how much I appreciate his time and commitment to great service. Do whatever you can to keep him around Bell.

Initially went in on a Thursday evening to inquire about Black Friday deals on iPhones. Spoke to Will, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Returned the next day. The store was super busy but the manager Amir and eventually Will did a great job with the customer service. Just a great team effort. Thanks for the help with the new phones and plans.

I went in Bell cause I was having a ton of problems with Rogers. I feel like I was super lucky cause when I got in I was greeted by the store manager, I made sure to take note of his name, Amam make sure you ask for him.This young gentleman understood all my issues and frustrations. He really went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. He also set me up with a better plan and a new phone at a cheaper price than Rogers who I was a loyal customer for over a decade with. I cannot thank this man enough just an amazing experience, unbelievable customer care and service. Highly recommended.

Im very thankful for Danny and Charbel at the store on Innes. After a nightmare of dealing with Bell over the phone they stayed 1 hour after the store closed to deal with my issue. Can’t thank them enough! Do yourself a favor and go to the store to activate a new line. Don’t deal with the agents over the phone.

I would rate the service if I could get any. I have been chasing after Bell for a phone for 4 months. I am told they need to ship it in and will take a week and they will call.... No call. I contacted again and no one knows what I'm talking about and they say the will ship in another phone. Weeks go by and I do THIER work for them and find a store in my city that has the phone and they can ship it to my location but the located closest to me has to call. I call my store back, I explain what store has the phone and they tell me they will order it and call by the end of the week. More than a week passed and no call. It's been about 4 months now and I guess Bell does not want my business. Why do I have to chase after a service provider to get their service!

Nathalie was excellent from start to finish. She helped me switch over from Koodo to Bell since I already had my internet and TV services. I highly recommend coming in to see her for any service sign up’s. Thank you again Nathalie!

I recently dealt with Pierre at the Bell Service centre on Mer Bleu Road. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and very attentive. He set me up a plan that as both affordable and met my needs. I highly recommend that if do need help in this regard that you deal with him.

I had gone in the evening not long before close and was greeted and taken care of by Daniel. He went out of his way to try to help me with my situation. Although we couldn’t fix the issue in store (I called customer service the next day and had it fixed) he really took the time to help me and give me all the information I needed. He even looked over my account and recommended some changes to save money on my monthly bill. He turned what could have been a very frustrating situation and made it better. Thank you!
