Had a mistaken order with the app but the owner Thaker Manes went the extra mile to make sure it was all sorted out. His employees were very friendly providing great customer service... oh and the Sandwich was great!

Service was friendly. Otherwise it was an average subway experience. They were light on the lettuce of my sub and it would have been even better with more lettuce and veggies.

I don't know the subway company changed their policy but the worker here refused to put veggie items on my sandwiches. She said she can't close it properly if she out all the veggies like lettuce, tomatoes, olives and so on. (Then what's the point paying sub?)Try other store not this one.They are not welcoming you.

Unacceptably slow service. The line was not long at all at 9pm but the lone worker took their time to the extreme. It took 40 minutes (yes I timed it) to get my sandwiches. The worker had good attitude, but the speed of sandwich assembly was just insane slow for buying to go food.

Disappointed. I went there at 10pm. The lady looks like she doesn’t want any customers but I get she maybe tired after a long shift so it’s fine. But there’s no sauce in the sandwiches although she did asked. And I could barely see the cheese inside.I ordered the one food long crispy chicken as what I usually do, but it doesn’t taste good as usual but it does smells like Indian food. And very little veggies inside, she just put 2 pieces of everything that I requested literally, although I only asked for lettuce pickles and onions.Even though I live very closed, I wouldn’t come again. I would suggest you to go to the one in Richmond Center if you really want Subway

Seems the staff doesn’t even understand english at all. Placed and online order for salad, asked for more tomatoes and greens, got only two pieces of tomatoes, and few pieces of spinaches. Missing cheese. Paid $10 salad for few pieces of green. Nice job Subway hiring team.

Absolutely the worst subway ever . Highly unprofessional staff and talk rudely with everyone. Much of the ingredients are unavailable and staff on requesting for existing one talks rudely and almost don't put any toppings as has been stated by 100s of other reviews. Also the toilet is locked and the key they have placed there doesn't work and they offer no help to open it. If you don't know how to run a franchise then please don't taint the name of the brand you are representing.

I am CEO of a Building company, i visited this location on friday and was welcomed by Monika with a big smile on face. She served us fantastic. I was very impressed by the positive vibes i got from her and from the well maintained store. I highly recommend an employ like her to be in every store to make the businesses grow.

This has been my go to subway as it’s next to my university. The staff is friendly and the place is neat to actually sit and eat.Monica here is always happy making my subs and she even remembers how I like it. I don’t even have to tell her about the veggies or sauces.I would totally recommend this place!
